About Us

As leaders in HR, we are seeking to develop and cultivate a panel that will help us more fully understand trends, best practices, concerns, and perspectives. Our goal is to tap into this network to gather information on the latest workplace themes, continuously asking the question, “What are other companies doing?” and as a result, share those data insights exclusively with this advisory group.

Mission & Purpose

Our mission at the HR Panel is to create a community of HR experts that enables conversation and sharing of information around best practices, workplace issues, challenges, and solutions. By gathering and leveraging current data from HR executives across a wide range of industries, the HR Panel enables its members to keep a finger on the pulse of today’s workplace and understand how these factors influence or apply to other companies.

We want to help companies understand what everyone else is doing to improve their workplaces, what changes are on the horizon and why, and how to move from being a reactive organization to a proactive organization.
