Privacy Policy

Privacy Commitment

The HR Panel, LLC (“The HR Panel”) takes the issue of safeguarding your privacy very seriously. To protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our information protection practices. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for our HR Panel participants (each a “Panelist”), including your participation in our sponsored programs and/or surveys. Visitor Information

We may require that you provide information when you participate in sponsored programs and/or surveys or join our mailing list. We collect personal information such as name and work e-mail address to authenticate you. The information we collect and the resulting data analytics will remain anonymous in an aggregated (combined) form because this provides more meaningful information than any one Panelist’s information alone.

Disclosure of Visitor Information to Third Parties

The HR Panel will not share any information that personally identifies any Panelist to any third parties (including advertisers and direct marketers), unless the HR Panel believes in good faith such disclosure is required by law, to protect our rights, or for the safety or rights of others.
